Nikita Gupta is the CTO and co-founder of Symba, an all-female founded tech startup that is the leading remote platform on a mission to open up the workforce. Gupta helps businesses adapt to the future of work—adopting remote operations, investing in the next generation of talent, and committing to diversity and inclusion. Symba has been featured on Forbes, Fortune, The Washington Post and more. Symba is backed by leading organizations including Techstars, Target Incubator Program, and Forum.
Prior to Symba, Gupta was the founder of Nikita's Kitchen (www.nikitaskitchen.com), a website showcasing personal instructional cooking videos and ethnic cuisines. Gupta developed the website using Wordpress, HTML, and PHP and videotaped, edited, and posted several instructional cooking videos using iMovie software and Adobe Flash. Nikita's Kitchen was active for 13 years and 1 month.
In addition to their work with Symba, Gupta is also an advisory board member for Cornell Women Entrepreneurship, Halcyon Fellow, Forbes 30 Under 30, and Students Rising Above. Nikita is also the Anywhere Accelerator Founder for Techstars.
Nikita Gupta has a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University in Computer Science with a Business & Entrepreneurship Minor. Nikita also has an International Exchange Study from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Nikita Gupta's High School Diploma is from West Windsor-Plainsboro High School South. Nikita is also an Open Water Diver with a PADI certification.
