Alan Menard

Alan Menard is an experienced fuel cell expert and leader currently serving as the Fuel Cell Senior Expert Leader at Symbio since January 2019, where responsibilities include the management and development of innovative fuel cell solutions. Previously, Alan held prominent roles at Ballard Power Systems as Engineering Manager and R&D Manager from March 2014 to January 2019, and was a Project Manager at Dantherm Power A/S from 2008 to March 2014. Earlier career positions include Fuel Cell Project Manager at Idatech and 2H ENERGY, and Fuel Cell Associate at Intelligent Energy. Alan's academic credentials include a part-time management training course from Grenoble Ecole de Management, a Master's degree in Thermal and Chemical Process Engineering from Université Joseph Fourier (Grenoble I), and a Bachelor of Honors in Energy and Environmental Engineering from Edinburgh Napier University.
