Lise Douarche

Lise Douarche is a skilled engineer specializing in production methods and process industrialization. Currently employed at Symbio since May 2023 as an Ingénieur méthode production, Lise previously held the position of Ingénieure procédé et industrialisation at Thales from March 2017, where responsibilities included the development and industrialization of manufacturing processes for avionics suites. Additional experience includes a six-month internship at Bluestar Silicones focused on the development of pilot processes for a new line of liquid silicone rubber, and a year-long role at Henkel working on the formulation of UV-curable acrylic PSA adhesives. Lise began a career in production at Solvay, contributing to the creation of production tracking tools. Lise holds a Master of Engineering in Chemistry and Process Engineering from CPE Lyon, obtained in 2016.
