Manuel Fernando Blanco López

Manuel Fernando Blanco López is an experienced software engineer specializing in embedded systems, currently serving as the Application Software Embedded Leader at Symbio since November 2024. Previously, Manuel worked as an Application Embedded Software Developer at LEM and as an Embedded Software Developer at Médiane Système, focusing on validation and verification in the railway sector. Prior to these roles, Manuel held positions at Université de Bordeaux and Altran España, gaining expertise in FPGA design and validation. Manuel's career began at IKERLAN, where significant contributions were made to safety-critical applications, and experience was also gained in developing validation environments for FPAGs at TRAINELEC. Manuel holds a Master’s degree in Embedded Systems from EHU and additional engineering degrees from the University of Navarra and Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana.
