Mathieu Bissardon

Mathieu BISSARDON is an experienced engineering manager currently leading the mechanical design and system integration team at Symbio since July 2022. Prior to this role, Mathieu spent nearly a decade at Safran, where significant positions included overseeing the engineering and methods office for the GE9X engine structure, managing a team of 15, and driving projects focused on continuous improvement and industrialization processes. Mathieu's responsibilities encompassed technical leadership, budget management, and supplier qualifications, alongside roles in project management for various engine components including CFM56 and LEAP. Early career experiences include internships at Dassault Aviation and Cegelec, complemented by an engineering degree from INSA Lyon.
