With extensive experience in supply chain management, Nicolas previously held roles including Plant Director at Hexcel Corporation and France Supply Chain Manager, demonstrating a strong track record in operational performance improvement, project management, and strategic planning across various industries. Significant achievements include the design and implementation of a gigafactory logistics system at Symbio and leading industrial strategy and transformation initiatives at Hexcel. Nicolas holds a Master's Engineering Degree from Centrale Lyon and began a sabbatical year traveling around the world before establishing a successful career in supply chain and production management.
