Jennifer Xi

Jennifer Xi has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Director at Symbio China since October 2007, overseeing overall HR management for the Beijing headquarters and branch offices. Jennifer has successfully restructured talent systems and redefined employee appraisal and incentive policies in alignment with business strategies. Previously, Jennifer held roles including HR Manager at Symbio, where collaboration with the Delivery team focused on building a talent pool and defining job descriptions, and Assistant Consultant at Hudson, providing recruitment services for leading IT and telecommunication firms. Earlier experience includes serving as Human Resource Assistant at Thiz Junye Software, specializing in technical position recruitment. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Science and Technology Beijing and a diploma in Computer Application from the Beijing Institute of Management CAS.
