Christopher Chan

Christopher Chan has a diverse work experience in the finance field. Christopher is currently the Head of Commercial Finance at Symbio since 2020. Previously, they served as the Financial Controller at Inabox Group Limited from 2015 to 2020. Christopher also held various roles at Virgin Active Australia, including Financial Controller for the Asia Pacific region and Finance Manager from 2011 to 2015. Before that, they worked as a Financial Accountant (project) at Mizuho International in 2011 and as a Forensic Accountant at Babcock & Brown from 2010 to 2011. From 2007 to 2010, they served as a Senior Accountant at Babcock & Brown. Their earlier experience includes working as a Business Support Accountant and Trust Accountant at TAL Life from 2005 to 2007, and as a Financial Accountant at ING Australia from 2003 to 2005.

Christopher Chan attended UNSW from 1999 to 2002, where they completed a Bachelor of Telecommunications Engineering. Christopher later studied at the University of Sydney from 2003 to 2005, earning a Master of Commerce degree. From 2005 to 2007, Christopher pursued further education in Accounting at Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
