Debbie Steenbergen

Debbie Steenbergen is a seasoned professional in human resources and people development, currently serving as the People Development Business Partner at Symbio since February 2018. In this role, Debbie supports global training, learning, and development initiatives for employees below the Executive level, managing the Learning Management System and overseeing learning program creation and reporting. Prior to Symbio, Debbie held the position of Head of Conferencing at Express Virtual Meetings, focusing on exceptional customer service and team management, as well as serving as Human Resources Manager at Conference Call International. Debbie's earlier experience includes the role of Staff Development Officer at Express Virtual Meetings, where responsibilities encompassed recruiting, training, and employee wellbeing. Debbie holds a Diploma of Human Resources and Management from Pragmatic Training, earned between 2011 and 2012.
