Nancy Nguyen

Nancy Nguyen is an experienced Voice Engineer at Symbio since January 2022, specializing in the reliability and performance of Voice over IP (VoIP) services as part of the TaaS Infrastructure team, focusing on high-availability infrastructure for SBCs and Hosted PBX systems. Previously, Nancy served as a Graduate Voice Engineer at Intel Products Vietnam in 2017, and also worked as a Facility Capacity Planning Automation Intern, where responsibilities included database cleanup and development of an automated planning application. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering Management and a Master of Engineering in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Technology Sydney, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications from International University - VNU HCMC.
