Georgina Edmunds has extensive experience in customer service management, currently serving as the National Customer Service Manager at Symbion Pty Ltd since June 2013, where previous roles included Northern Region Customer Service Manager and Customer Service Manager. Prior to this, Georgina worked at Austral Masonry as a Customer Service Supervisor for a brief period in early 2013. Georgina's earlier career at Boral included roles as Customer Service Manager NSW, Customer Service Manager, Call Centre Manager, Training & Development Analyst, and Customer Service Officer from 1998 to 2013. Educational qualifications include a Certificate IV in Frontline Management from the Australian School of Commerce & Management and an Advanced Certificate in Hospitality Management from TAFE NSW Ryde.
