Doug Spillane

Doug Spillane has a comprehensive work experience spanning several decades. Doug started their career at Advent Software in 1999 as an Application Engineer and worked there until 2006. Doug then joined BlackRock in 2006 and held the position of Index Data Product Manager. In this role, they managed a global team responsible for building a data service that improved scalability and quality for BlackRock and Aladdin clients. Doug established strong relationships across the Index Provider community, developing long-term partnerships built on trust. Doug'sexpertise includes data modeling, acquisition, normalization, quality control, and distribution. Most recently, Doug has been working at Symbiont since 2021 as the Director of Product - Data.
