Afsheen combines coaching and design thinking techniques with the power of the creative arts to empower individuals, train teams, and build brands and businesses.

Her unique methodology includes powerful questioning combined with mindful behavior, drama & role play, art & sketch noting, game play and storytelling.

With a BA in Psychology and a MSc in Economic and Consumer Psychology (University of Exeter, UK), Afsheen has a strong understanding of what motivates individuals and how consumers perceive brands. She uses this understanding to empower individuals to break through barriers, stay focused while tapping into their innermost potential, and to achieve their deepest ambitions.

With businesses, Afsheen helps them create brand identities and brand cultures that penetrate through the personalities of each individual team member and helps each team member align towards the vision, mission and values of the brand while hitting targets and growing personally and professionally.

Afsheen is an International Coaching Federation credentialed ACC Life Coach, a CCA Certified Creative and Executive Coach, and a Luma Certified Design Thinking Practitioner.
