Kalindi Kale

Dr. Kalindi Kale is a senior instructor with Symbiosis Coaching and teaches the Certified Organizational Development Coach program. She holds the ICF ACC credential and is a Transformation Coach as well as an NLP Practitioner.

Dr. Kale holds a Ph.D. in Strategies and OD interventions, and has three decades of experience in multiple industries, including Logistics, PR and Media Relations, Finance, Education, Engineering, and Construction. Throughout her tenure, she has managed projects at an international level, from concept to completion.

While Kalindi has handled projects involving large teams, she also has vast exposure to marketing research, advertising, and media relations. Her success with sales and with management of sales teams comes from intense behavioral and attitude management of such teams.

In 2007, Dr. Kale transitioned from Marketing to Human Resources, with a goal of helping organizations transform by enhancing employee productivity. Her forte lies in efficiency building by behavior modification through Internal Marketing.

Kalindi is a speaker and panelist on multiple forums and has attempted to bridge the gap between industry and academia by working closely with faculty in Engineering colleges and conducting workshops for Engineering students.

She specializes in the areas of Self Management, Team Management, and Business Management. She is also an author, and her book “The Turning Point – Strategies to catalyze your organization’s transformation with Internal Marketing” has been published recently.
