Nishikant Ghadge

Nishikant Ghadge has a wealth of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong background in process chemistry, R&D, and manufacturing. In their current role as Head - Technical at Symbiotec Pharmalab Pvt. Ltd., Nishikant oversees research and development as well as manufacturing processes. Prior to this, Nishikant held leadership positions at Navin Fluorine International Ltd., Ipca Laboratories, Arch Pharmalabs, and other reputable companies, where Nishikant demonstrated expertise in process optimization, scale up, and delivery of target molecules. Nishikant has a Ph.D. in Synthesis of Semi-synthetic derivative of Podophyllotoxin and SAR studies from the University of Mumbai.
