Kevin Kermani Nejad

Kevin Kermani Nejad is a multi-faceted professional in the fields of machine learning and computational neuroscience, currently serving as Co-Founder and CTO at Symbiotic since January 2024. Concurrently, Kevin is a researcher at the University of Oxford and an Associate Research Fellow at the University of Bristol, where involvement includes a project focused on the cholinergic system and cognitive processes. Previous roles encompass significant contributions as a deep learning researcher and medical imaging researcher at King's College London, along with diverse technical positions in software development and machine learning across various companies, including Vivum Health and AWTG Ltd. Kevin's academic background includes pursuing dual PhDs in ML and Computational Neuroscience from the University of Oxford and the University of Bristol, complemented by an MSc in Computational and Applied Mathematics from The University of Edinburgh and a BSc in Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence) from King's College London.
