Piercarlo Gera serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Board Member of BPER Banca and holds the position of Deputy Chairman at Symbiotics Asset Management. Gera is also the CEO of Gera & Partners, providing advisory services in fintech and technology, private equity, and social innovation, while being a Fellow at the World Economic Forum. Previously, Gera was a Senior Managing Director at Accenture for over three decades, leading significant business practices in financial services and strategy, and serving on various leadership councils. Early career experience includes roles at McKinsey & Company and Arthur Andersen Management Consulting. Gera holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
