Gameplay Engineer

Joel Rainey has extensive experience in the game development industry, beginning as a Junior Designer at Shaba Games where contributions included level creation for Tony Hawk Project 8 and game balancing for Shrek SuperSlam. Rainey advanced to roles such as Assistant Producer at LucasArts, managing the level design team and overseeing production plans, followed by a position as Project Manager at RockYou, focusing on social networking games. Subsequently, Rainey served as a Gameplay Engineer at Digital Myths and currently at Symbol Zero, while also providing independent consulting services as a Game Development Consultant. Education includes a BA in Visual Arts from Briarcliffe College and ongoing studies towards a B.A in Computer Engineering at the University of Arizona.
