Advanced Electrical Engineer at Symbotic

Eric Schneider has a diverse work experience in the field of electrical engineering. Eric started their career as an Electrical Engineer Intern at Brooks Automation in 2016, where they created written procedures for robot setup and testing and updated the bill of materials for robot controller using Agile. Eric also connected all reliability robots to a database for automated recording and storing of data.

In 2017, Eric continued their internship at Brooks Automation, where they designed and built a temperature data logger, prepared incoming robots with accurate sensors for continuous data collection, and developed Python scripts to automate the recording of sensor data for a database.

In 2018, Eric worked as an Electrical Engineer Intern at Brooks Automation, performing design verification testing on control boards for CTI-Cryogenics. Eric was also responsible for setting up and configuring vacuum robots and developed and implemented software for the Reliability lab to automate testing and data collection.

In 2019, Eric joined Symbotic as an Electrical Engineer, first working as an Electrical Engineer and then advancing to the role of Advanced Electrical Engineer in 2022.

Eric Schneider attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 2013 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
