Harsh Mandavia

Harsh Mandavia has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Harsh began their career as a Manufacturing Engineer at Vishwakarma Engineering Works in 2009, where they worked until November of that year. Harsh then joined Prime Machine Tools as an Industrial Engineer in December 2009, assisting in the installation and commissioning of machines and providing technical customer support. In 2011, they worked as a Quality Engineering Coop at Karl Storz Endovision for a brief period of time. In 2012, they interned as an Operational Excellence Intern at B. Braun Medical. Harsh then joined AMETEK as a Manufacturing Engineer in January 2013, where they worked until July 2016. During their time at AMETEK, they gained exposure to the ERP system and performed tasks such as preparing deals and providing technical customer support. From August 2016 to June 2020, they worked at Avedro, Inc. as a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer, showcasing their expertise in manufacturing processes. Most recently, starting in June 2020, Harsh joined Symbotic as a Sr. Product Engineer, utilizing their experience to contribute to product development.

Harsh Mandavia holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, which they obtained from Boston University between 2022 and 2024. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Engineering/Industrial Management at Northeastern University from 2010 to 2012. Harsh also earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from KJ Somaiya College of Engineering, Vidyavihar, where they studied from 2005 to 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Harsh Mandavia has acquired additional certifications. Harsh obtained a certification in Supply Chain Management from MITx on edX in March 2019. Furthermore, they became a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt through ASQ in June 2015.
