Heather Multhaupt

Heather Multhaupt is a seasoned leader in technology and enterprise applications with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Enterprise Applications at Symbotic since February 2025, Heather defines the role of enterprise applications to support the company's growth following a significant IT integration project. Prior to this, Heather held the position of Senior Director of Technology Operations at Walmart Advanced Systems & Robotics, overseeing product development processes and corporate IT functions. Heather's background includes serving as VP of Business Systems and Product Change Management at Alert Innovation, and VP of Quality Assurance at Brooks Automation, where responsibilities encompassed quality assurance, product safety, and compliance. Heather holds an MBA from Questrom School of Business at Boston University, an M.S. in Engineering Management from Tufts University, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
