Hong Zhang

Hong Zhang has over 20 years of work experience in the field of software QA and engineering. Hong began their career in 1999 at Kokusai Semiconductor Equipment Corporation as a Software Support Engineer. Hong then joined Axcelis Technologies, Inc. in 2002, where they worked for over 12 years as a Senior Software QA/System Engineer. In 2014, they transitioned to Symbotic as a Principal Software QA Engineer and continues to hold that position.

Hong Zhang earned a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from East China University of Chemical Technology from 1984 to 1988. From 1997 to 2000, Hong Zhang attended the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where they studied Computer Science.
