Jennifer Bugg

Jennifer Bugg has worked in various roles throughout their career. Jennifer is currently employed as a Human Resources Coordinator at Symbotic since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Follett Higher Education for a significant amount of time. Jennifer held the role of Store Manager from July 2013 to June 2022, where they oversaw the overall operations of a $1.3M business and managed a Performance Management program. Before that, from February 2010 to July 2013, they also served as a Store Manager, responsible for supervising employees and managing the textbook department. Jennifer started their career at Follett Higher Education as a Store Manager in November 2006, where they focused on hiring, training, and managing inventory.

Jennifer Bugg earned an Associate's degree in Human Resource Management from North Shore Community College, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. Jennifer then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Human Resource Management at Salem State University from 2013 to 2015.
