Jennifer Vigliotti is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in technology and consumer sectors. Currently serving as the Director and Head of Technology Talent Acquisition at Symbotic since August 2025, Jennifer leads recruitment efforts for AI-powered robotics and automation. Prior to this role, Jennifer spent eight years at Sonos, Inc., where responsibilities included directing global talent acquisition, building leadership recruiting practices, and overseeing Commercial and Product recruiting. Jennifer's career began in executive search roles at firms such as Spencer Stuart and CTPartners, specializing in retail and consumer sectors, and included foundational positions at Vistaprint and Heyman Associates. Jennifer holds a B.S. in Business Management from Bentley University.
