Makayla Prive has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Makayla currently works as a Talent & Learning Manager at Symbotic since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Cognex Corporation, where they held multiple roles including Senior Learning & Development Specialist from March 2022 to March 2023, Learning & Development Specialist from May 2021 to March 2022, and Human Resources Generalist from April 2018 to May 2021. Makayla also worked at Accountemps as a Staffing Manager from August 2017 to April 2018 and as a Financial Recruiter from May 2017 to August 2017. Makayla started their career at Assumption College, where they held various positions such as Graduate Assistant from August 2015 to May 2017, Writing, Marketing, and Continuing & Career Education Tutor from August 2013 to May 2017, and Writing Fellow from January 2015 to May 2015.
