Michael Cyrulik began their work experience in 2000 as a Mechanical Engineer at PRI Automation, where they worked on designing and releasing multiple generations of a monorail-based robot for the semiconductor industry. Michael was responsible for designing, detailing, and testing various electro-mechanical components and systems.
In 2002, they moved on to Brooks Automation, where they worked as an Engineering Manager and Principal Mechanical Engineer until 2008.
Since 2008, Michael has been working at Symbotic. Michael started as the Director of Mechanical Engineering for Robots, leading the product development of Symbotic's autonomous robot from its early stages to fully commercialized systems. Michael hired and led a mechanical engineering team and successfully shipped thousands of robots to Fortune 500 customers. In 2016, they transitioned to the role of Director of Mechanical Engineering for New Product Development at Symbotic.
Michael Cyrulik attended Clarkson University from 1996 to 2000. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
