Mike Hir-Nikolaev has a diverse work experience. Mike started their career as a Carpenter's Apprentice at Laszlo S. Hir Custom Carpentry in 2005 and worked there until 2015. In 2013 and 2014, they also worked as a Student Employee at RIT Housing Operations. In 2014 and 2015, they joined Alpine Software Co. as a Support Technician, where they reacted quickly to keep critical software and SQL systems active and provided training to clients. From 2015 to 2020, Mike worked at DiMarco Software Design, LLC as a Software Engineer, where they replaced senior engineers and mastered legacy software. Since 2020, they have been working as an Advanced Software Engineer at Symbotic.
