Mike Sam -

Mike Sam, MBA, is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in manufacturing, operations, and engineering leadership. Currently serving as Vice President of Manufacturing, Safety, and Quality at Symbotic since July 2025, Mike has held key roles in various organizations, including Senior Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Engineering Operations at JR Automation, and Vice President of Operations at Ascent Aerospace. Prior positions include Chief Operating Officer at Comau and significant roles at KUKA and Ford Motor Company. Mike holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan-Flint and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Kettering University.
