Nikhil Srivastava

Nikhil Srivastava has extensive work experience in software engineering and robotics. Nikhil is currently employed at Symbotic as a Principal Software Engineer since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Symbotic from June 2020 to July 2022.

Before joining Symbotic, Nikhil worked at Humatics Corporation as a Software Engineer from February 2018 to May 2020. Nikhil also gained experience at 5D Robotics, Inc as a Software Engineer from April 2017 to January 2018, and earlier as a Robotics Software Intern from June 2016 to March 2017.

Additionally, Nikhil worked as a Reader at the University of California, San Diego from January 2016 to June 2016, and from April 2016 to June 2016. Prior to that, they worked at Cadence Design Systems as a Software Engineer - II from July 2014 to August 2015, and as a Software Engineer - I from July 2012 to June 2014.

Nikhil's early work experience includes a role as a Chief Coordinator at the Information Management Group at IIT Roorkee. Nikhil joined the organization in January 2009 and held various roles such as Hub Coordinator and Project Leader before becoming the Chief Coordinator from June 2011 to May 2012. Nikhil led a team in the redesign of the institute's official intranet portal and main website.

Furthermore, Nikhil completed a Summer Internship at IBM in May 2011.

Nikhil Srivastava completed their education in a chronological manner. Nikhil earned a Master's Degree in ECE Intelligent Systems, Robotics, and Control from UC San Diego from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a B.Tech. degree in Electrical Engineering. Nikhil'seducational journey began at Delhi Public School, Noida in 2007, where they completed their CBSE 12th degree with a focus on Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, Maths, and English.
