Samir Ouamara has a range of work experience in the field of controls and automation. samir started their career as an operator of machines at SNAX in 2005, where they operated and maintained production machines and provided training to production staff. samir then worked at Bimo as an electrotechnician, overseeing a production unit extension project, managing a team of technicians, and ensuring technical follow-up. After that, they joined Michelin as a maintenance and automation studies manager, responsible for troubleshooting electrical and automated machines, developing PLC programs, and creating electrical plans. Following their time at Michelin, Samir joined Solution Technique Contrôle Commande as a project manager for electricity and automation, where they studied P&ID plans, developed cause and effect lists, and designed automated systems. samir worked as a tutor at Institut Teccart, providing assistance to students. Currently, Samir is employed at Symbotic (formerly Axium) as a Controls and Robotics Programmer.

From 1996 to 1999, Samir attended Technicum, where they earned a diploma in Technologie Électricité.

Following this, from 1999 to 2004, Samir attended Université Mouloud Mammeri Tizi-Ouzou, where they obtained a degree in Diplômé en Génie, specializing in Electrotechnique.
