A Senior Executive Leader, with 25+ years of expertise in domestic and international markets places for some of the world’s leading organizations: Volvo Financial Service, Volvo Construction Equipment-NA, Strongco Equipment, and Ritchie Bros. A nearly 30-year career and the first female executive to pave the road through an adventurous journey in the heavy equipment industry. Her leadership created a following for many employees that admire and respect her passion and commitment, along with being an exemplary role model to champion diversity in the heavy equipment industry. Most recently, Anna played a pivotal role in the Strategic Alliance between Caterpillar and Ritchie Bros., securing partnership agreements with 98% of the North American Caterpillar dealer network. Anna also led Canada East and Northeast US divisions. Cohesive teams that lead by example, while piloting initiatives that became global best practices. Prior to joining Ritchie Bros., Anna led the strategic long-term direction and turnaround at Strongco Equipment which subsequently positioned the company as Volvo’s best-performing dealer in NA. Before joining Strongco, Anna led Canada for Volvo Construction North America. At the heart of the team’s success was superior customer service at all levels. A spokesperson for the Canadian Construction Association, the Canadian Dealer Conference, and a keynote speaker for ‘Women in Leadership, at Guelph University. Anna also led the RBA Student Apprenticeship program for various Ontario technical colleges. A board member for the Canadian Association of Equipment Distributors (CAED), Ontario Road Builder’s Association (ORBA), and Holy Trinity School (HTS). Prestigious Stevie Award winner 2018, Female Executive of the Year.
