Ester Moher is a seasoned behavioral scientist currently serving as a Senior Behavioral Scientist at Symend since February 2025. Prior to this role, Moher held the position of VP, Research and Community Insight at the UJA Federation of Greater Toronto from October 2019 to March 2025. Previous experience includes serving as Sr. Resident Behavioral Economist at Idea Couture Inc. and as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Ottawa, alongside roles at Privacy Analytics and the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario focusing on behavioral economics and research. Moher's academic foundation includes a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Waterloo, complemented by a Master's degree and Bachelor's degree with Honours from the same institution and McMaster University, respectively.
