Jennifer Chan

Jennifer Chan, BComm, PMP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and client advisory roles. Currently serving as the Director of Client Advisory at Symend since September 2019, Jennifer leads a team responsible for onboarding clients to the Symend platform and manages a strategic program of ten projects aimed at enhancing client value. Prior to this, Jennifer held various positions at KPMG Canada, Absorb Software, STARS Air Ambulance, and the Canadian Forces, focusing on IT advisory and project management. Jennifer has a proven track record of building multi-year client relationships, streamlining onboarding processes, and mentoring up-and-coming project managers. Academic credentials include a BComm with a major in Management Information Systems from the University of Calgary and specialized project management certifications.
