Anna Williams

Anna Williams has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Anna started their career at Pacific Life Insurance in 2002 as a Sales Support Coordinator, where they were responsible for running illustrations and training new employees. Anna then became a Business System Analyst, reviewing product specifications and creating business requirements. In 2007, Anna was promoted to Manager of Illustration Development, where they supervised staff and created a positive work environment. In 2012, Anna joined Symetra as a Life Illustration Manager, leading software design, implementing enhancements, and working with third-party vendors. Anna later became an AVP, partnering with business units and stakeholders to manage system enhancements. Currently, Anna is the VP of Digital Term Insurance at Symetra, overseeing product management and operations in the digital term insurance market.

Anna Williams earned their Bachelors degree in Business from Concordia University Irvine in the years 2000 to 2003. Anna also obtained a certification in FLMI from LOMA and certifications in Series 6 and Series 63 from FINRA.
