Jared Crapson

Jared Crapson has extensive experience in operations and management within the finance and contact center industries. Currently serving as Sr Unit Manager in both the Contact Center and Group Plans at Symetra since October 2016, Jared also held the position of Group Retirement Plans Manager. Prior to Symetra, Jared was the Director of Operations and a Partner at Smart Money Financial Group from January 2009 to September 2016, focused on creating passive income through financial planning. Additional roles include Sales and Marketing at SignOn, Inc. in 2009, Sales Manager with a focus on training and employee development at Randy's Ring & Pinion from August 2006 to December 2008, and Operations Manager at Washington Mutual from 1991 to 2006, overseeing financial center operations, call center management, and quality monitoring. Jared completed education at Lake Stevens High School between 1988 and 1991.
