Jeffrey Ward

Jeffrey Ward, SPHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Symetra since September 2015, Jeffrey previously held the position of VP of Human Resources at Broadstripe, LLC, where Jeffrey reported to the CFO and directed all HR functions. At Safeco from 1997 to 2009, Jeffrey progressed from HR Systems Manager to AVP of HR Operations, where significant achievements included streamlining HR processes and cutting expenses by $10 million. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado State University.
