Jessica Callahan

Jessica Callahan has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Jessica has worked at Symetra as the VP Total Rewards since June 2021 and previously held the positions of AVP Total Rewards, Director Total Rewards, and Compensation Manager. Before joining Symetra, they worked as an Independent Executive Director at Thirty-One Gifts from January 2012 to October 2016. Prior to that, they were a Senior Compensation Analyst at Symetra from June 2011 to March 2013. Jessica also worked as a Senior Compensation Analyst at SonoSite from July 2010 to May 2011 and as a Compensation Analyst at PeaceHealth from April 2009 to July 2010. Jessica began their career at aQuantive, a subsidiary of Microsoft Corporation, as a Compensation Analyst from 2006 to 2009. Additionally, they worked as an Incentive Plan Coordinator at Corbis from May 2002 to October 2006, and as a Junior Licensing Associate at Microsoft from 1995 to 1997.

Jessica Callahan attended Eastern Washington University from 1991 to 1992, where they studied General Studies. Jessica did not complete a specific degree during this time.
