Johnathan Gingras

Johnathan Gingras has extensive experience in sales leadership within the insurance industry, currently serving as the Regional Vice President for the Eastern Region at Symetra since December 2014. This role includes responsibilities for sales and renewals across Eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware, as well as overseeing sales management for Regional Sales Executives in multiple major cities. Prior to Symetra, Johnathan held the position of Regional Vice President at Prudential Financial, directing group benefits sales for small markets in the Northeast. Johnathan's earlier roles include Regional Sales Executive at Prudential and Sales Representative positions at The Standard, Paul Revere, and Northwestern Mutual. Johnathan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Management from St. Bonaventure University.
