Mark Sinopoli

Mark Sinopoli is an experienced actuarial professional with a strong background in life and annuity financial reporting and valuation. Currently serving as the Head of Individual Life Valuation at Symetra since August 2021, Mark previously held leadership roles at MassMutual, where responsibilities included overseeing traditional life valuation and governance from 2018 to 2021, and at The Phoenix Companies, Inc. from 2012 to 2018, managing the financial reporting for substantial life and annuity portfolios. Prior experience at Hartford Life from 1997 to 2012 involved serving as the Assistant Vice President of Annuity Valuation and Pricing, handling financial statements and pricing for large variable and fixed annuity lines. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in Math and Actuarial Science from the University of Connecticut.
