Olga Sinitsyna

Olga Sinitsyna, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience strategy and project management. Currently serving as a Customer Experience Strategist at Symetra since September 2019, Olga conducts in-depth customer research, including interviews and usability studies, to identify the needs of users and optimize product offerings. In addition to this role, Olga operates as a Chandler at Aluscia Candles, creating sustainable handmade candles. Prior to these positions, Olga held project management and human resources roles at Evergreen Home Loans, Seattle Credit Union, and FedEx SmartPost, among others. Olga's educational background includes an MBA in Project Management from Keller Graduate School, complemented by leadership training and a BA in Communication from the University of Washington.
