Psalm Terry

Psalm Terry has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. They are currently working at Symetra as a Product Management Practice Lead. Prior to that, they worked at APiJET as a Software Product and Program Manager, where they were responsible for defining and driving features for software products that created cost-saving efficiencies for airlines. They also built up product management thinking and best practices and championed agile scrum principles and human-centered design practices.

Before APiJET, Psalm Terry worked at Alaska Airlines as a Senior Product Manager and a Mobile Product Manager. In these roles, they defined the vision and user experience for a flight attendant mobile app and collaborated with multiple stakeholders to determine priorities and set expectations. They also oversaw user testing and research to ensure high user adoption.

Psalm Terry's prior experience includes working as a Consultant Product Manager at Murphy & Associates, where they released a new top-rated airline app for Windows Phone. They were responsible for gathering knowledge, writing user stories, and managing the design, development, and release of the app within a span of 6 months. They also executed the internal and public communication plan for the release.

Earlier in their career, Psalm Terry worked at Capital One / ING DIRECT / ShareBuilder as a Principal Product Manager, at Washington Mutual Bank as a Senior Business Operations Analyst, and at Direct Alliance Corporation as an Operations Specialist.

Psalm Terry pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communications at Northern Arizona University from 1996 to 2000.
