Shawna Madson

Shawna Madson has extensive work experience in the insurance and technology industries. Shawna is currently serving as the Director of Service & Operations at Symetra, a role they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they were the Assistant Director of Operations at the same company starting from November 2021.

Before joining Symetra, Shawna worked at Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Custom Billing Solutions Manager from January 2020 to November 2021.

Prior to those roles, they worked as the Contract Administration Unit Manager from June 2013 to September 2015 and as a Contract Specialist from October 2011 to June 2013.
