Timothy Pinto

Timothy Pinto, CFA, serves as a Fixed Income Trader for Investment Grade Credit at Symetra since July 2023, where responsibilities include managing negotiations and execution of investment grade credit trading and providing tactical and strategic trade recommendations. Previously, Timothy held the position of Director - Fixed Income Trader at Hartford Investment Management Co. (HIMCO) from March 2018 to July 2023, overseeing rates trading for client portfolios and contributing to the Hedging Team, among other functions. Early career experience includes work as an Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from July 2016 to March 2018 and a Fixed Income Trading Intern at HIMCO in 2015. Timothy is pursuing an MBA in Management at the University of Connecticut, having earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the same institution.
