Trish Grayauskie

Trish Grayauskie has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on talent management, talent acquisition, and employee relations. Trish'smost recent position was as a Human Resources Director at Symetra Investment Management. Prior to that, they served as an HR Business Partner at abrdn for seven years. Trish also held the role of Director of Human Resources at Orleans Homebuilders, where they were responsible for overseeing all HR functions and providing leadership support. Trish also worked as an HR Director at Mercy Health System, where they developed a centralized HR function for a newly created physician practice operating unit. Earlier in their career, Trish served as the Director of Talent Management at Radian, overseeing succession planning and talent development efforts. Trish began their career as a Senior Employment Specialist at University of Penn Health System - Pennsylvania Hospital.

Trish Grayauskie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from La Salle University. Trish then obtained a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Development from Villanova University. In addition, they hold a certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Human Resource Certification Institute, which they obtained in July 2001.
