Wendi Flatt

Wendi Flatt is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in medical risk management and utilization review. Currently serving as a Medical Risk Consultant at Symetra since June 2021, Wendi previously held positions at Anthem, Inc. as a Licensed Utilization Review Nurse Team Lead and at WellCare Health Plans as a Utilization Review Nurse. Wendi began a career in healthcare after graduating with an Associate Degree in Nursing from Connors State University in 2019, following previous roles at Aetna, Coventry Health Care, and HEARTLAND REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER. Early in the career, Wendi worked as a Quality Assurance and Risk Management Supervisor at Planned Parenthood of Arkansas and Eastern Oklahoma.
