Nicole Paasman

Nicole Paasman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client coordination and business relationship management within the AECO industry. Currently serving as Client Coordinator Strategic AECO at Symetri USA since July 2025, Nicole previously held a similar role at Team D3 prior to its merger with Symetri. Noteworthy positions also include Business Relationship Manager - Team Lead and Customer Success Manager at MG AECO Technology Partners, along with a background in marketing and events management at JVH Engineering, an Autodesk partner. Nicole started the career as a marketing intern at the Michigan West Coast Chamber of Commerce and has held various roles at Mammoth, Inc., including Shipping Coordinator and Materials Clerk. Nicole holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, and Marketing from Davenport University.
