Masroor Ahmed has over 15 years of experience in finance and operations. Masroor is currently the CEO at Symetria Recovery, a position they have held since December 2019. Prior to their current role, Masroor served as the VP of Finance at Factor 75 from March 2019 to December 2019.
From August 2017 to January 2019, Masroor was the CFO & COO at Maëlle, where they helped relaunch the company under new ownership/management. While at Maëlle, they worked closely with the Board and had their hands in all aspects of operations across supply chain, HR, finance, legal and technology.
Before Maëlle, Masroor was the VP of finance at Jellyvision from March 2015 to August 2016. At Jellyvision, they managed all traditional FP&A functions, including accounting, budgeting/forecasting, and sales ops. During their time at Jellyvision, they focused on helping scale the business by adding tools in the area of time tracking, commission payments, accounting ERP upgrade, contract processing and bookings analytics. In addition, they helped managed relationships with potential investors all while company size doubled during their tenure.
Prior to Jellyvision, Masroor served as the CFO at Sakonent from February 2014 to March 2015 and as the Director of Product Management at Physicians Interactive from July 2009 to December 2013.
Masroor began their career as an Investment Banking Associate at Deutsche Bank from December 2004 to February 2009.

Masroor Ahmed has a B.S. in Accountancy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, a Certificate in Business Excellence from Columbia Business School, and a High School Diploma from Mercersburg Academy. Masroor is also certified by FINRA in Series 63 and Series 7.
