Pedro Correia

Pedro Correia has over three decades of experience in the wine industry, currently serving as a Douro DOC Winemaker at Symington Family Estates since August 1999. Previous roles include Enólogo at Quinta de La Rosa and Gran Cruz Porto, as well as Técnico-comercial at Proenol - Produtos Enológicos, Lda. Early career experience includes a position as Técnico Superior at the Instituto do Vinho do Douro e Porto, focusing on tasting and laboratory functions. Pedro earned a Licenciado degree in Engenharia Agrícola from Universidade de Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro and furthered education at Charles Sturt University from 1994 to 1995.
