Scott Abramson

Scott Abramson has over 30 years of experience in various leadership roles in the technology and software development industry. Scott currently works at Symitar as the Senior Director (SVP/CTO) of Product Strategy and Technology, where they are responsible for directing product development and technology strategy for their core processing platform. Before that, they were the General Manager at PAR Springer-Miller Systems, where they directed the development of a cloud-based property management system and implemented a user experience function. Scott also served as the President of Mergers and Acquisitions at Mercantile Investment Bank and as the Vice President of Software Development at Sabre Holdings. Additionally, they have held positions as a Management Consultant and CIO at TravelCLICK. Scott started their career as the CTO at Travelexpert and as the Director of Information Technology at Pegasus Solutions. Throughout their career, Scott has successfully led global teams, achieved financial objectives, and played a pivotal role in the development of innovative technologies.

Scott Abramson has a strong educational background. Scott obtained a Master's degree in Data Science from the University of California, Berkeley in 2024. Prior to that, they completed their MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business between 2004 and 2006. Scott also holds a Master of Science (MS) in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington, which they earned from 1987 to 1989. Their undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer and Electrical Engineering from Purdue University, where they studied from 1982 to 1986.
