Victoria Peters, PMP, CSM, has an extensive career in project and program management, currently serving as Strategic Program Manager at Symitar since 2005. In this role, Victoria oversees the market and client-facing functions of the Episys financial core processing software, managing projects and process improvements to align with strategic objectives. Prior to Symitar, Victoria was a Project Manager at Panache Publishing, where responsibilities included launching an e-commerce website and producing coffee table books. Earlier experience as a Staff Project Engineer at Lockheed Martin involved managing significant projects with budgets exceeding $4 million and leading diverse teams. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and an Associate's Degree in Accounting, along with several advanced management training courses.
